CCR
Hi blog. With my project now behind me it’s now time to reflect. To begin, we changed the song from the original for a few reasons. We thought that our original song was too vulgar and didn’t represent what we had in mind. We didn’t stay in our originally planned genre but I’m glad with the outcome nonetheless. Our video didn’t really represent any social groups or social problems. We just wanted to show having a good time flipping through a few outfits. Our video I feel would be taken well by a general audience. It’s a fun video and it would be distributed as a music video. Our video is special and fun because we used vintage clothes in our video and lots of transitions. If we had made a professional video it would have been uploaded to YouTube for people to see. My production skills drastically improved over the course of this video and I’m proud to say I contributed a lot in the making of it. I learned how to navigate around CapCut and make edits with a tripod. During the project, I was tasked with using the tripod and keeping it still so the video looked fluid. The software we used was CapCut. We also edited some with the regular iPhone software and we used a tripod for the shots. We used my phone specifically because I had the best camera out of the three phones. All in all, I learned a lot and it was a great expiernce.
